In this world of cocooning, people are shut off from each other’s touch by gates, Facebook stuff and television: there’s so much messaging and so little connection. As a result It’s really hard to engage as real people – which is tragic and the antithesis of the Gospel of Jesus. A great remedy is to have known and new people in your home, sharing not only food but life. Don’t wait to discover, or rediscover the great blessing of giving and receiving hospitality!
