Welcome 24 April 2022

Dearest Church Family

Blessed is the one whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
Blessed is the man against whom the LORD counts no iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no deceit.
For when I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.
For day and night your hand was heavy upon me; my strength was dried up as by the heat of summer. Selah
I acknowledged my sin to you, and I did not cover my iniquity; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to the LORD,”
and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah –
Psalms 32:1-5
Reflecting back on Easter weekend, we stand in the grace of God, Blessed! Knowing the cost of our sin has been paid for.
Let us ponder how that blessing extends even further. The Psalmist writes, “When I kept silent…Your hand was heavy upon me”.
By Grace through faith in JesusChrist, we are adopted children of God. And as His children, He will discipline us, bringing us to confess our transgressions.
Everytime we are brought to our knees to confess, God reminds us of His love for us. He Demonstrated it on the cross.
Let us lift up our praises to our loving, merciful and gracious Father in heaven
