Welcome – 30 November 2020

“All of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart and a humble mind…In your hearts honour Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defence … for the hope that is in you; yet with gentleness and respect.” (1 Peter 3:8-15)

With the increase in covid19 in our region, we’ve had to increase spatial distancing. But that should, and must lead us to seek more urgently to keep in touch – with the Church, and with each other; whether by remote connection or care in contact.

For how else can we encourage and be encouraged in unity of mind as we honour Christ the Lord? As we gather today to worship, to pray and to hear the Word proclaimed – and later for the important Quarterly General Meeting – let’s do it in Spirit and with thanks to Him who first loved us!

In Him
