Welcome – 10 September 2017

Jesus used many allegories to describe the Church. The fruit orchard speaks strongly of God’s sensuous enjoyment of you, and me.

Listen to the Song of Songs (4:16)

“Awake, O north wind, And come, O south!

Blow upon my garden, that its spices may flow out,

Let my Beloved come to His garden

And eat its pleasant fruits”

The wind speaks of the Holy Spirit moving amongst us – and our voices raised in prayer, song and happy celebration of togetherness in Him.

Coming together, be still: invite Him in: revel in those spices flowing out to Him, in the Lord relishing the fruit we bear.
