Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they? Matthew 6:26
I envy birds because they only think about the immediate concern… Food and shelter. How nice to live without the heavy responsibilities we carry. Or not.
We have the great honour of governing the world, and exercising God's will and Righteousness. There's a lot more to care about. And Kingdom work may weigh on us. But let's remember His words, of our value and His intimate care!
