Christian growth happens through all sorts of approaches. We constantly need to be pointed in the Way to go. Sometimes we need that strong fatherly rebuke. Sometimes we need that gentle motherly encouragement. Sometimes we need clear and precise instructions. I doubt there is one person who can deliver each of these approaches properly on their own. That's why we are a body where each of us must minister to one another, with the gifting that we have received. 

Whether it is exhorting, encouaging or charging, remember that it needs to be "in a manner worthy of" God's Work – it is His Kingdom, and His Glory!
