Lamentations 3:22-23
The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases;
his mercies never come to an end;
they are new every morning;
great is your faithfulness.
In one sense, what's another year when the Lord's Mercy is New every morning? However, it is a new year, and what better time to take stock and be intentional about walking with Christ, and abiding in Him? What will you do with the fresh mercies He is about to give you every day for the next 365 days plus 1?
Let's start off right, hold on tight, and finish well in 2016.
