I feel very privileged to serve in this congregation. I really believe the Lord Jesus has ownership here, accomplishing His work within us and through us to others. My regular prayer is, "Lord, whatever we intend, have Your way", or as better spoken in the Scripture,
Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to your name give glory,
for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness! (Psa 115:1)
My personal mandate is to nurture us all into maturity – to equip us all for ministry. It's a joy to see our Future Focus men engaging, our Bible studies growing, our kids ministries reaching. May this Sunday worship be another occasion for our spiritual growth and equipping until Heaven.
Give yourself now to the Lord, whatever your hopes might be, and say, "Not to me, but as you will, Jesus"
