It's a familiar verse. But I think it's timely. Are you weak, Christian? 

Observe and consider:

Firstly, God's children WILL experience sapped strength. It's not abnormal. Don't be perplexed as if something strange were happening.

Secondly, the relief you need is found in the LORD alone – your Creator. Though you think mostly about Fitness, Prosperity, or anything else, those are not the Strength you need!

Thirdly, it's in the waiting that the Strength is received. Make this protracted season of weakness a closet of intentional waiting on Christ. And He will renew your Strength.
