The sum of all worship is Loving God totally and Loving one another as He loves us. There are different forms of loving, like singing to the Lord and greeting a neighbour. And we create different structures to assist our love, like Sunday Services, and morning Bible readings. But these forms and structures must never be confused with "Loving" itself. We can do all these very well and still neither be Loving God nor our neighbour.
Today, love the Lord, and love your neighbour. If the singing and the service enable you to do this, all the better! But the Worship which God recognises doesn't depend on these.
Every day, however unsuccessful you are at keeping and coping with the forms and structures, keep Loving the Lord and Loving your neighbour. That's what matters.
"You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself … do this, and you will live." (Luk 10:27-28)
