Many people wonder at the fact that there are so many Bible translations. Couple to that the accusations from liberals and King James Only supporters, and we start wondering whether our bible can be trusted. Even if the original writings were inspired, can we trust what we have received 2000 years later?

This morning was a glorious time of sharing with the body of Christ. Of particular significance was the baptism of Daniel Hennessey who gave his life to Christ earlier this year. To my disillusionment, I realised afterwards that the camera was not recording, and so unfortunately the video will not be posted. However, the sermon mp3 includes his testimony - so download it and use the imagination!

This Sunday, 6th December, we are having Bibels For Believers present to us. They distribute Bibles to existing believers in Africa in their mother-tongue. You will have an opportunity to contribute towarsd their ministry. click here for their website.
Also in the morning service we will be having a baptism of a young man who loves the Lord and has "decided to follow Christ through the waters" - what a blessing we anticipate.
Then, don't miss out our evening service at 6pm. In the spirit of the morning's look at Bible distribution we will see what God has done with Bible translation in China.
