Once again we are preparing to celebrate the Advent season.

2 000 years ago, God announced the coming of Immanuel through Isaiah. What wonderful anticipation there was that God would come and be with His people! Joseph was given even more wonderful news that Immanuel would be the One who would save His people from their sins as His name Jesus revealed.

Then one glorious night, the angels sang the wonderful news to the shepherds. Christ was born in Bethlehem! Now in 2018 it is our turn to announce to a predominantly secular world that Immanuel, our Saviour has come. Our need is to be sure that He is Immanuel, Saviour to us. Let us start, even today, preparing room for Him!
